Training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) – what does it involve?

Not sure what this job entails? No problem.

As a machining mechanic, you will work with metal and modern machines to manufacture components that will later be used in a wide variety of technical products and systems. This work requires precision, technical understanding, and clean working practices—every part must fit perfectly in the end.

During your training, you will learn:

How to work on modern CNC lathes and milling machines
How to set up, operate, and monitor machines
How to manufacture metal parts according to technical drawings
How to measure and test components and ensure consistent quality

In short, you will ensure that raw materials are turned into precisely manufactured parts—and without these parts, many areas of industry would come to a standstill.

Training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d)

During this training program, you will learn about the commercial processes of our company. You will be involved in organizing, planning, and communicating, and will gain insights into many different departments.

Typical topics covered in this training program include:

Purchasing & materials management: Comparing offers, placing orders, and checking deliveries
Sales & customer contact: Preparing offers, processing orders, and communicating with customers
Accounting & Controlling: Understanding figures, checking invoices, and supporting evaluations
Human Resources & Organization: Supporting applications, training, and internal processes

You will work behind the scenes to ensure that everything is well prepared and runs smoothly.
