For reliable and uncomplicated pressure testing of current air conditioning systems with the refrigerants R744 (CO2), R1234yf and R134a, testing with contrast medium is no longer permitted.
With the KLDS 05, forming gas is introduced into the empty air conditioning system under infinitely variable pressure in order to quickly and easily detect pressure drops and thus leaks.
The practical trolley offers sufficient space for six test hoses, each 3.0 m long, accessories, removed parts, tools and safe transportation of two 10 L gas cylinders.
The design of the trolley ensures a stable stand and good maneuverability thanks to two large, high-quality wheels.
Two safety valves (20 and 100 bar) open when the maximum pressure is reached to prevent damage to the air conditioning system and ensure user protection.
A valve allows the test pressure to be released in a controlled manner, while a knurled nut facilitates quick assembly and disassembly of the pressure reducer.
Secured HP and LP couplings for R744 (CO2), R1234yf and R134a air conditioning systems ensure safety.
