The KVBW 01 radiator vacuum filling trolley is the ideal solution for workshops and car manufacturers who require fast, efficient and, above all, precise filling and testing of cooling systems. This robust device has been specially developed to carry out a complete leak test after repairs and to refill the cooling system without trapped air.
Key features:
- Fully automatic vacuum generation and powerful vacuum pump: with a powerful vacuum pump that achieves a final vacuum of 50 mbar, the KVBW 01 offers effective preparation and filling of the cooling system.
- Integrated leak test: After the vacuum has been generated, the system remains pressurized for one minute to ensure that there are no leaks. This is indicated by the vacuum gauge, which must remain in the green area to confirm the tightness.
- Simple operation and reproducible filling results: The manual process sequence enables precise control during filling. The cooler cap is replaced by special adapters that enable a quick and secure connection to the vacuum filling system.
