Universal adapter for cooling system UA2

Description

The UA2 universal adapter is suitable for use as a sealing plug for the radiator or expansion tank during pressure testing of the cooling system.

For openings with a diameter of 27 to 42 mm.

Application:

• After pressure reduction, remove the radiator cap.
• Press the sealing rubber of the UA.. universal adapter into the opening.
• For universal adapters with a handle system, pressing the handles into a horizontal position provides the holding force.
• For universal adapters with a hand wheel, turning the upper hand wheel clockwise locks it in place.
• Connect to the coupling nipple of the TVU cooling system tester and start the pressure test.
• During the pressure test, make sure that the end of the rubber seal does not immerse in the coolant, as coolant will leak out when the test pressure is released. If necessary, lower the fluid level beforehand.
